its strong file sync capability—changes reflect quickly across devices, which is helpful when multiple team members are working on shared files. Compared to basic storage tools, it focuses more on seamless syncing and collaboration

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the sync reliability and version history. It’s useful when working on shared resources, as you can easily access previous versions if something goes wrong. Sharing files through links with controlled permissions is also simple and efficient

What do you dislike most about this product?

If not managed properly, it can take up a lot of local storage, especially when syncing large files. Also, compared to tools integrated with development workflows, it feels a bit more focused only on file storage and sharing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dropbox Business is a good option for teams that need reliable file sharing and syncing across devices. It works well for documents and project assets. However, organizing files properly and managing sync settings can help avoid storage and performance issues
