What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

I use docusign for all my freelance contracts and it save me a lot of work since i start using it. It is an improvement over sending word documents back and forth, because it creates a final unalterable version that everyone can sign off on. Its the best because it works directly well on my phone and that is all i use to do work nowadays.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The "templates" function is a must have for my ongoing agreements and stops me from entering the same detail week in and week out. I also love that it automatically sends a copy of the final document to everyone who’s involved so i don’t have to remember doing it myself. It is a smart and efficient tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you only happen to have a couple clients a month, the cost can be kind of high. I also think deleting older documents is a few clicks too much. Sometimes the signature fields will not snap to the grid as i would like them to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Well worth the app price, i highly recommend to any freelancer/small business owner it is a very professional tool save you lots of time and hassle. Users it is absolutely worth the cost for time saved on admin work.

for my law practice docusign is the only E-signature tool that reliably checks all boxes for what needs to be legally compliant in my jurisdiction. it is the best because the certificate of completion offers all the evidence i need for court if a deal is ever contested. It tells you a lot more than just simple logs, which is well worth the price with other cheaper platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the templates feature has enabled my staff to prepare documents a lot quicker than before. Another thing i like is the password protection of your files which gives you extra security for very sensitive files. the system is really stable and we did not lose any data or experienced any significant outages since we started using it three years back.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the tag-editing interface can be a little clunky when you have many signature fields near each other on a single page. its also rather costy when you start adding more advanced modules. the mobile version is limited by not having all of the features available on the desktop app.
