What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

At the present point in time, Docusign meets the security standards and expectations which my organization has set for our electronic signature collection process. and workflow. By providing unique security guardrails like automatic threat detection and enhanced document recipient identity verification, Docusign ensures the storage, access and transmission of electronic signatures without the fear of confidentiality breach.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility which comes with Docusign, as far as collecting customers signatures electronically has left the most impression on me and is my favorite aspect of this product. Due to Docusign's flexibility, we are able to streamline our internal documentation processes with important third party applications we utilize in the workplace. This helps to to connect and extend our electronic signature collection processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have found the Docusign mobile application to be rigid with its workflow. A reference in point is the inability to make corrections or changes to the document after asking for a recipients signature, without needing to start the entire documentation process all over again.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will always advice that teams intending to adopt Docusign try their best to align the software tool to their internal workflow processes , as against the other way around.

DocuSign is more involved in the legal writing process of contracts

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

DocuSign memorizes one instance of a signature and adopts it for every signature block within the contract

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not an all in one solution for managing PDF forms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for client use! It's easy to send a docusign template to a client and they can sign and send it back. The end user result is very well thought out
