If you have complicated documents with multiple signers and varying types of input required docusign is the way to go. i use because it has more powerful conditional logic features than you will find in simpler apps like preview or basic pdf editors. we can create interactive forms that take you through, so there aren't any mistakes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve on the more advanced features is pretty high and it took me some time to get a hang of the template builder. I also thought that subscription price was pretty steep compared to a few of the newer contenders on the market. the archival document search function could be more expedient.

This is an enterprise level tool that ideal for bigger teams with more demanding requirements. its very powerful and provides a great deal of flexibility for different document types. If you need anything more than a signature tool, I would highly suggest it.

I have been using docusign for years- and it never fails me during a big project. Their safety features make it the best to me as i deal with sensitive information. in comparison to other tools, it just feels a bit more solid and less likely to break down of have technical issues when i am in the middle of a big launch.

the audit logs are very thorough and i enjoy having that level of transparency. i can also view all the ip addresses and timestamps for any action performed on a document which is amazing for accountability. I find the feature to add check boxes and text fields to be incredibly easy and I can create a more intricate form than just a page for someone's signature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the app mobile notifications can be a bit lagie on some phones with android and sometimes they don't appear at all. the price of the enterprise version is pretty high so not every mid-size companies can afford it. i don’t know if the website is easy to navigate, i also find the billing area a little confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

this is the perfect solution for anyone who requires a high degree of compliance and security. it's a serious tool for people who take business seriously. is most certainly the market leader for a reason.
