No good reason to pick Dayforce

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Dayforce has all the features we wanted, but is difficult to configure and is the opposite of intuitive. The features are there, but essentially inaccessible without paying hundreds per hour for an outside contractor to configure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
None, it's the worst HRIS I've used.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Everything. It's unwieldy and unmanageable. The start up time it takes to learn is too great a barrier to entry for someone learning for the first time and expected to handle the day to day. I wouldn't take a job at a company using Dayforce unless I wasn't responsible for administering the system in any way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are way better products out on the market. Look elsewhere.
