What differentiates Coveo Relevance Cloud from other similar products?

Not sure how this compares to similar products because the product was already in-place before I started working with it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Product management is easy. The customer success and professional services teams are knowledgeable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish there was more reference material about use cases and best practices. With the recent focus on generative AI and LLM, it's unclear if Coveo has an answer as to how they'll stay relevant, and competitive in the search space. The landscape of search will be entirely different in the near future and search 2.0 has the potential of becoming more intelligent and understand context and intent much better than today.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give Coveo a good look and get a demo of it's features. It's a very powerful platform and should be a top contender.
