What differentiates Coupa Strategic Sourcing from other similar products?

We used a different service called Concur in the past but that was just for expenses. Coupa allows us to do expense as well as procurement for our organization. The features are amazing and very easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to load catalogs for quick ordering is one of the best features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The expense side takes a bit to get used to but after some training it is easy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely consider this product. They are constantly improving their features and it fits well with most industries.
