What differentiates Copper from other similar products?

There are many tools that this program has to facilitate our work and business relationships, both on and off the web. Copper was created with the purpose of providing multiple tools that can be run autonomously to improve management and other elements that help to build an adequate process for each of the clients, from digital platforms to having a fluid work dynamic with my email and other Google tools, this software makes possible a better work infrastructure and vision of any type of company regardless of its size and job demand, Copper keeps up to date with all potential contacts and relationships from my work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This program has the mission and long task of focusing on my contacts and the relationships that are being formed in my work department, there has not been a program in my job that gives me the ability to cover every aspect and parameter that builds and they strengthen the commercial relations and sales of my company, it is fantastic to see how it has the support of email and the multiple platforms on the Google web to have a much more accurate job, only with the help of Copper I have managed to have control Total of my contacts, this program offers me incredible comfort and stability in my work, I am quite happy every time that this program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface of this program can be improved much more, the program is easy to use but the interface helps us to have a better performance with the program, in addition to options that allow us to have a better automatic messaging and marketing for each one of my contracts, also one of the main problems that this program presents is the need to have a good internet flow to connect, otherwise the program will be implemented much slower than normal, interrupting the flow with which it comes working.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This program is incredible and over time it becomes essential for the formation of each company, since it is an excellent solution to establish adequate contact with each of your work relationships, in addition to offering a wide variety of options that enrich the way of your work on the web and will automate a large part of them to have a much faster and more effective job, that is why and more great features that the program has that I like to recommend it.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?

We utilized shared spreadsheets for project management and papers for client profiles in the past. Because everything is now centralized and shared, connecting emails is highly useful. Sales enablement has been more accessible, sales team efficiency has grown, and more transactions are now being closed, since it provides good tracking of lead stages and activities, such as customer email opening, thanks to the integration and extensions available for this CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are several advantages, including cross compatibility and interaction with other software suites, a highly customized experience, and the fact that it is a low-cost CRM solution. I enjoy the connectivity with Google; we utilize the Google suite of services, and having all of the data linked is quite easy. In addition, the Gmail plugin is really handy for our purposes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reports, on the other hand, are fine and improving with recent revisions. Filtering and extracting data is a talent that takes time to perfect; while this is steadily improving, more effort is needed in this area.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a low-cost solution with capabilities like an email sniffer and compatibility with other software suites like g suite, then go for it. Copper is used not just as a CRM, but also to monitor project data. We found it useful to establish a bogus person as the primary contact and then add others using the "associated people" column. Using the Gmail plugin, certain emails are tied to that opportunity. If the principal user is a frequent contact at Copper, all of their emails are included in the offer.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?

Every week, we receive a large number of trade queries, and Copper assists us in keeping track of them all. We used to accomplish it by just tracking our email communications, but that quickly became inefficient. Copper solves this by pulling what we were previously doing into a separate CRM. We were able to monitor the progress of many prospects with our clientele. This has taught us not to overlook anyone or their potential. The export option has been quite helpful. When the exported data is available, I receive an email and may utilize it for data analysis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the many phases that are accessible, as well as the various pipelines that may be created. It's also very customisable, allowing you to add your own fields for opportunities, which is useful for data analysis. I can also export data, which comes in handy for data analysis and organizing. We've been using Google Apps/G Suite/Workspace for a long time. This CRM seamlessly integrates with that tool. It improves our communication workflow and practically makes CRM automated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, there is nothing I don't like about Copper; our business has compared Copper to other CRMs with a comparable structure, and we tend to prefer Copper. It's simple to add additional opportunities, stages, and pipelines.

Copper may be used in a browser other than Gmail, and it's worth a go. When compared to other platforms, you will see how simple it is to use and how personalized it can be.
