What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Ease of Use Unlike many competitors, Constant Contact offers live phone support, which is a major advantage for users who need hands-on assistance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best i think is the aspects of Constant Contact having strong customer support and ease to use Additionally, the live phone support sets it apart from many competitors like Mailchimp, which rely mostly on chat or email support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest drawback of Constant Contact is its limited advanced automation features compared to competitors like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Constant Contact keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automations keep a personal touch while removing manual tasks from your to-do list. Welcome, re-engage, and follow up with the people who matter to you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
