Constant Contact keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automations keep a personal touch while removing manual tasks from your to-do list. Welcome, re-engage, and follow up with the people who matter to you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.

Constant Contact has been our go-to platform for managing email marketing campaigns for over 10 years, and it has consistently proven to be reliable. Creating and sending bi-weekly newsletters and eblasts to our clients is simple and efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Constant Contact combines website builder, landing pages creation, WYSIWYG editor with marketing automation capabilities in one place.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It excels in handling various groups/lists and large numbers of contacts. I've dealt with companies with a vast customer base, and Constant Contact enables you to manually eliminate subscribers and errors from more extensive groups/lists.

Constant Contact provides seamless email campaign management. The way Constant Contact allows you to create campaigns as well as stay up to date with updates and response rates is difficult to find with other applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Working with Constant Contact has contributed to transforming the process of dealing with marketing campaigns into an enjoyable experience. There are many ready-made templates, and Constant Contact helped us enhance fruitful cooperation in customizing the appropriate template for designing campaigns and publications with high impact. I love the dashboard that enables us to constantly monitor our progress. I love how easy it is to create reports, and Constant Contact's ability to easily collect data and consolidate it in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing negative with Constant Contact, as it provides ease and smoothness during all steps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Constant Contact, as once you learn how to create campaigns and issue reports, you will not want to rely on any other system. It's also affordable and has the ability to handle large contact lists.
