What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Constant Contact has been our go-to platform for managing email marketing campaigns for over 10 years, and it has consistently proven to be reliable. Creating and sending bi-weekly newsletters and eblasts to our clients is simple and efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Constant Contact combines website builder, landing pages creation, WYSIWYG editor with marketing automation capabilities in one place.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It excels in handling various groups/lists and large numbers of contacts. I've dealt with companies with a vast customer base, and Constant Contact enables you to manually eliminate subscribers and errors from more extensive groups/lists.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Constant Contact can create a website, register for event, send out mass marketing emails...there is so many things one can do with Constant Contact. Not many other marketing tools can say that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how east Constant Contact is to use. You can create an email anyway you want, and it looks great on a PC or mobile.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service isn't too easy to work with. They do provide many articles to help answer questions, but sometimes that isn't enough and it's difficult to get someone who can assist.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it-it's an all for one tool for marketing, through a website, emails, registration, etc...For many companies this one tool would be all you need.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Lot of different features that are particularly great when using for internal drip communications. Lots of other benefits and positives related to this product as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The easy way it allows for various campaigns to managed, including content variation and contact/mail list management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel like the templating options and functionality could be better and/or easier to use/implement, although otherwise great!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great product for a lot of different functionalities, particularly for internal use!
