What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

It makes communication between different teams seamless. Passing knowledge along is incredibly easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How I can find information from all around the company in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike how few features Confluence has, its very bare bones from my perspective.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you need it before you get it, I think workfront is better honestly.

Is easy to use and easy to create documentation

It could be have an easy integration with sharepoint, in order to create workflows or integrate confluence with actual workflows

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First you need to understand the needs of the business and see if confluence is what you need, because it is great to do a wiki internal for your company and if that you need, will work great
