What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

The solution feels intuitive like it’s related to the Wikipedia site everyone is used to so using a commercial solution for own company’s needs makes it an easy sell internally

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the interface. If I’m going to work in a solution I like to enjoy the experience

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t like how complicated it can feel at times. It’s a feature rich solution but not everything is intuitive. I don’t like that occasionally a workflow routing process breaks without warning

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a mature solution and you likely won’t have an issues but set time aside internally if you can to have someone learn the solution instead of having to back to a consultant every time something is needed

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Confluence is a perfect tool for Knowledge Management and Document Management, they are well integrated with JIRA on task management which allows documentation seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless integration with JIRA, faster document development.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile version of Confluence is not that friendly, would hope to see that get improved over time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are considering adopting Confluence for Knowledge Management, and have JIRA in place currently, this product will make your life a whole lot easier. Confluence has a rather short coming on its mobile version so if that is something you are heavily evaluating, please see if Mobile version is much needed.
