What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

It has been around for such a long time and has been mostly reliable, so there are a lot of legacy customers and users that don't want to learn a new system, even if the functionality of the other system is a bit better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is reliable and I now know how to use it relatively efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that it doesn't have optical recognition of receipts, and instead I need to add in everything manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your stakeholders are open-minded to other potential solutions, test the others and compare instead of sole-sourcing this product.
