What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

The mobile app is very good, all you have to do is take the picture of the receipt and it does most of the work. The mileage tracking is quite good too.

The mileage tracking is quite good too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

can't read multiple receipt in one picture.

This will definitely give your company an edge on Expense management

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

I like how the total cost shows the portion of the cost per customer to determine if a customer event is reasonable or not. When you enter the customer name, it is very easy to find that name later for future expenses

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mobile application

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some functionalities for more specific filtering need to be added for hotels. For example trying to filter a specific hotel by distance is sometimes a bit confusing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using this tool for travel and expense had drastically reduced time and effort to submit reports for reimbursement, if compared to any previous tool I was using

End user interface is not intuitive and requires training.

Ensure you have a full training program in place before converting.
