What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

We previously did this internally, sending receipts and excel sheet to finance department - in conpararion this is much easier

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Phone app enables you to photo receipts and instantly upload, this was a great development as we previously photocopied and uploaded on laptop, much quicker and easier

What do you dislike most about this product?

We are charged per claim, so now forced to save up receipts before claiming with minimum claim amount bought in, not ideal but not massively inconvenient

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Well worth it, save staff time to be focusing on doing there job
