Decent product for expense reports

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

It's a very commonly used expense report software for businesses, so since a lot of people already know how to use it, it doesn't require a lot of training

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use, I like that they have an app so I can do my expenses on the go

What do you dislike most about this product?

App and web versions can both be glitchy/not work well

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Decent product for businesses, would recommend as a whole

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

It's very easy to use and is used by a wide variety of businesses. I've used it almost everywhere I've worked, so it's not a new program I have to learn each time I switch jobs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Doing expense reports are relatively easy, and I can do them on the go with the app

What do you dislike most about this product?

The app especially can be glitchy/not work well. Sometimes I also get errors when booking flights/hotels through concur that are frustrating. The program flags things a lot when it shouldn't.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's good for work. Not a perfect product, but decent enough.

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

Seamless integration with travel booking systems. The process for uploading the receipts for the expenses is quite easy. Mobile app is always free of “bugs” and up-to-date. Availability and itemization of different categories throughout expenses is ideal. Expense submission is quick and efficient with the ability to go through different managerial approvals if needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to take pics through the app instead of uploading.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface. Mobile App can take the concept of modern apps which make it easy to browse.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilize the browser as well as the app
