Bally Casino Management System allocates all capabilities required to manage casino players from CMS, SMS, TMS to gaming analytics in one integrated solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BI tools makes it easy to analyze gaming without involving manual procedures. Slot management tools automates accounting. Track casino players proceedings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bally mobile has poor player User Interface due to the small size of the mobile phones.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To enjoy clear player interface for iVIEW, I would recommend PC over mobile phones.

it's the best when it comes strong emphasis on sales and marketing automation and customer support as compared to it's competitors

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how it focuses on customer services, marketing And customer analytics. Also it allows Managers to track the relative value of repeat customers and then target specific promotions and rewards based on player's potential and preference.

What do you dislike most about this product?
