What differentiates Campaign Monitor by Marigold from other similar products?

The level of audience segmentation and ability to create more custom designed emails is unlike that which I've seen in other ESPs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization opportunities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't really anything I disliked.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product for a company who wants to ramp up email marketing efforts with audience segmentations and beautifully designed custom emails, but aren't at the point of introducing a full blown CRM system.

Anyone can figure out to use this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is occasional a longer wait than normal for customer service replies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cost! Cost compared to other platforms is great value, but it maybe still too high of a cost for smaller businesses.
