What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
A smartphone app, batching or massive communication with possible applicants via various channels, immediate publishing to a number of job sites, and resume processing are just a few of the capabilities offered by Bullhorn Recruitment CRM, a SaaS-based solution. Bullhorn is a cloud-based platform that helps businesses run smoothly from start to finish by streamlining their hiring procedures.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bullhorn ATS & CRM's ability to link to Sense via my postings and send off notifications for first-day checks, end-of-week checks, etc. allows me to stay in touch with my staff and learn about their problems as well. I like it since you can completely alter the UI and it is incredibly configurable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although BH provides a panel that might save time, the material is frequently out of alignment, and the sidebar runs really slowly. A candidate must first be manually created, after which notes and updates must be added. Speaking about job advertisements, I believe it needs to be resolved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are an organization that regularly uses Bullhorn ATS & CRM. It allows us to maintain track of every interaction with clients, candidates, and potential clients. When it comes to hiring, it's quite beneficial since it helps us go through resumes and maintain track of the people who are already in the system. You may keep track of every piece of data you require with the aid of precise methods.

Bullhorn don't make things simple like Ceipal and Jobdiva
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bullhorn User interface and its work great with chrome and Mozilla

its very complicated and not easy to learn for everyone makes things in extra 10 step which can be reduced

ATS should work on making things easier and make recruitment simple

What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
I have used Bullhorn with 4 different companies in the past, both in healthcare recruiting and also insurance staffing. It is an excellent ATS system with many capabilities, and easy to use as well. I liked it so much that I looked into utilizing it at my current employer, but found out it is geared mainly for third party recruiting agencies, and not corporate business recruiting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The multitude of functions available and the ease of tracking candidates through the process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only downside I had was that sometimes the system went down too often.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a third party staffing agency regardless of industry, I would highly recommend utilizing Bullhorn.
