I see buffer asa flat social media management for posts, it does not offer a variety of tools

Saves a ton of time being able to batch posts

What differentiates Buffer from other similar products?
I really like their proactive status reports. If there is an issue with a feature, they will keep you up to date with the progress of fixing. None of the similar products we looked at would do this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love being able to schedule and batch posts. We have 20+ social media accounts we manage and some of them get the same posts. It's nice to be able to select and choose which accounts to post.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have to "reauthenticate" the logins quite a few times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is great for those that want to save time and schedule posts!
