What differentiates Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud from other similar products?

Its a unique product that satisfies the rare feat of appealing to multiple industries - if you don't mind a fairly steep learning curve and a lot of setup.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integrations are relatively straightforward and the support is outstanding. Generally as a product its very extensive and incredibly powerful in the right hands.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The level of entry is reasonably high, though you can obviously create views for admin/lower level users, its a lot easier to use if you have at least a semblance of technical competence.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Find someone else who uses it in the same industry and ask them of their experience, the find another person. Its a really good product but can be extremely pricey if you aren't determined to use all of its features.

Ease of use and enjoy learning the new capabilities and seeing the results they bring to our business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Weblayers, the ease of making a scenario, the triggered campaigns and now the new plug and play features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am still getting my head around the reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be open to learning everything! It really is a do everything tool!
