What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

Bitrix24 is the best platform to create and boost a complete project, we were able to organize the information that goes to all users within the same platform and in turn share different files such as documents, graphics, invoices, customer responses and important dates. Bitrix24 integrates a private and personalized chat tailored to the needs of each client.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bitrix24 offers its users to create a website and get the website name or domain. This tool streamlines the workflow between teams online. Its interface is easy to use for anyone and it has a free version which makes it much more functional. The use of lists allows for better organization and control of all activities performed and pending.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It incorporates very few links between the application and other platforms. At some point it would be very good to incorporate a Mailchimp service to carry out mass marketing projects and incorporate a database with contacts of all potential customers of the company. Many of the options in the pro account are not included in the free version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a platform that incorporates many options for the development of an effective project. It would be very useful to incorporate an option that allows the creation of advertising campaigns to other platforms to promote new product launches, as well as creating a chat link between the consumer and the user and increase a little more the limit in the space of a free account.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

Bitrix24 fits excellently in all organizations including even the small and medium organizations and it allows them to properly engage with their clients and stakeholders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bitrix24 comes with a number of modules where it improves various business processes and enhance communication with our clients. Helps us engage with clients and receive their concerns where they shape the process of service delivery improving them to the best. Bitrix24 is affordable and not highly priced where it enables us to use it accurately without straining our financial resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its sometimes affected by poor internet connections in its usage delaying how we communicate with clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bitrix24 is built for use in all organizations and it improves how you relate with clients enabling you deliver accurately and offer unmatched customer service delivery.

Activity Stream wherein each member in the team can track tasks, their progress and update any issues highlighted."

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a very good contact management tool that I use to manage our employees' profiles, customer tickets, and contact details. I can customize this software like I have a blank slate in front of me. The workload planning that Bitrix24 offers is really helpful in distributing workload for each team member.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it is difficult to train staff on, difficult and expensive to obtain support

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a software worth trial run.
