What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy CRM management, calendar sharing, and more are all included in the best all-in-one platform with a beautiful dashboard and GUI. AI (artificial intelligence) chatbots that allow you to quickly generate tasks, reminders, and notes with only a few clicks astound me with their speed and precision.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since I began using this program, I have yet to come across any features that I detest. User-friendly dashboard and intuitive forntend make for a pleasant experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

On a daily level, it helps me communicate with my coworkers and coworkers via instant messaging and calendar sharing. In addition to CRM, it includes mass email and a daily planner. With the sales funnel, we receive a comprehensive picture of each lead. In order to get an accurate count of the amount of bids I've received, this tool is quite useful. When I discovered Bitrix24, I realized that it is an excellent project management platform. I liked it right away because it had all the features I needed for our company at the time. I had all my contacts, leads, customers, clients and employees there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Not only could I keep track of projects, but also separate calendars and conversations within the tool. For me, it's better than Asana, Trello, Slack and Zoom all in one app. We have been very happy with it for a long time, as it gives us everything we need in one place. Save new leads and track progress. You can also check when it makes sense to contact them again.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A very long training period, which is not exactly a lot of fun. Sometimes there are too many interfaces and functions, so orientation costs time and nerves. No possibility to run Bitrix locally on your own server.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Each of our projects not only has different timelines, clients and teams, but also different needs. We use Bitrix24 as our main project management solution to keep track of all our productions, maintain communication with the different teams and even have private conversations, social media as publications and a CMS platform for our internal use.

there are very few differences perhaps in the price .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bitrix24 is the only free CRM software that includes features like Tasks, Projects, Communications, Funnel, and a slew of other options. This is what I appreciate most. You can accomplish nearly anything with this one platform, and it's free for everyone who uses it. Upgrade your subscription at any moment for access to premium features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are so many features in Bitrix24 that it might be difficult to figure out which monthly plan is appropriate for your needs, and this can make it difficult to utilize some of them. So that you know precisely how much you'll have to spend for each function, we should be able to acquire subscriptions for specific features. For free users, there is no help.

Bitrix24 is a great CRM to get started with if you've never used one before.
