What differentiates BeyondTrust Remote Support from other similar products?

Beyond Trust is scalable to meet every one of our office demands. We have campuses with less than 10 employees and just a few devices and some campuses with hundreds of employees and a thousand devices. BeyondTrust has been consistent regardless!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Granular access control! BeyondTrust offers an easy to use system for us to designate approval processes for access to sensitive information and grant access to software for specific divisions!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not always well suited to maintain iOS devices. Most tech support agents seem very knowledgeable about Windows applications and functions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BeyondTrust is heading in the right direction with their product!

What differentiates BeyondTrust Remote Support from other similar products?

BeyondTrust Remote Support is a remote connection tool we use for many years. It has helped us efficiently and effectively monitor and support workstations and servers across many different environments. The Remote support tool is easy to install and the connections are quick and stable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows for an easy connection to remote machines and sending over files is done by a click of a button. There is a great compatibility with almost all operating systems and does a great job of keeping their systems protected and current.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The system can take some time to load and the login process is not as smooth as we would like it to be. They could improve the online interface to make it look nicer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Install the agent onto your machine and see how it works when you try to remote to other machines. Have users give their opinion on the functionality of all the features and tools provided by BeyonTrust Remote Support.
