What differentiates BetterCloud from other similar products?

This was the first of it's kind to my knowledge. With connections to multiple applications, you can create alerts and workflows to perform actions across multiple apps at once.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to automate workflows based off of a simple trigger.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price. My organization struggles with this every contract renewal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product provides easier management of Google Workspace. It also provides very useful reporting and the workflows are very useful.
