What differentiates BetterCloud from other similar products?
The better cloud helps to provide high security for the saas application that has been managing in there cloud and also it helps to create work flow even for complex saas applications which differentiates from other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides a centralised dashboard containing multiple saas applications where we can quickly manage any of the application.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The licensing and subscription costs was high enough when compared to other products like netskope, alpin .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your organization is big and maintaining multiple saas applications this is the best platform in managing and providing security protection i can say and check the compatibility of your existing saas applications with bettercloud.

Good management tool, but pricing keeps increasing

What differentiates BetterCloud from other similar products?
BetterCloud offers integration with multiple cloud products, for using it with one cloud platform it is very pricey. There business model doesn't lend itself to to a single platform or for not-for-profit organizations. BetterClouds Workflow tool for organizations that have many cloud platforms that need management and governence is a differentator but if you are using only one or two platforms, stakeholders need to weighin on using such a tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BetterCloud for G Suite portal has been perfect as our organization grew, On top of user management, the service assisted with google drive support, governing email signatures, and app governence all in one place has been favourites in using this product for over 10 years.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The business model has been difficult, as an early adapter of BetterCloud when it solely served Goolge Apps and Microsoft 365, the license attainable and straight forward. The current licensing model based on number of accounts in your domain dictates the pricing, so if your organization has many dormant or unused accounts be prepared to pay for those accounts. The pricing each year goes up more than 5%, some years it has been an upward of 20% making it difficult to manage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Orgnaizations interested in Bettercloud, need to consider if they have multiple cloud platforms that need monitoring, governence, and automation. If your organization has more than two platforms, Bettercloud might be a good fit otherwise there are many other competing products that can do the same for a since cloud platform. Bettercloud has also placed enhancements in the Workflow side and less on the BetterCloud for G Suite. G Suite portal hasn't changed in years, so their focus is definetely for organizations with multi-cloud platforms.
