Ease of use!

The cost almost doubled for us, which as a small company does force us to look into other products.

Make sure it has what you need, plus the sophistication to be a ROI.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Human resources staff members use BambooHR to conduct background checks on employees, teams, departments, and more. My ability to plan and organize for future promotions has improved thanks to the visibility BambooHR gives me into an employee's organizational progression. Instead of using numerous spreadsheets to track employee data, we now have it all stored in BambooHR. The announcement feature is excellent and allows us to easily communicate with our employees, regardless of where they are working. Having the option to clock in and out gives workers more freedom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For everyone from employees to managers to administrators. It's become our go-to place for tracking employee time and attendance, evaluating their performance, and even conducting surveys about their general well-being. The team at BambooHR is constantly working to improve and introduce new features based on user feedback. In addition, a wide range of third-party integrations are available. A phone call, a chat, or an email is all it takes to get excellent customer service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'm at a loss for words. My experience with BambooHR's functionality and features has been nothing short of stellar. Making it a little easier to see when people are out of town on their calendars.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my opinion, BambooHR is ideally suited to the needs of newly hired employees. As a new user, I think the site is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Because this site allows companies to post their policies and resources, I cannot think of a situation in which this site would not be ideal for an organization. "beep boop," misspelling, and the need to log in again to access the help function are just a few examples of the less-than-professional aspects. BambooHR is probably the best option for a simple data warehouse for employees.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
The sales and implementation of BambooHR were seamless conjointly the employees at BambooHR are therefore knowledgeable and helpful. BambooHR is already saving us time with posting positions, reviewing resumes, and obtaining documents signed. Our staff is in love with all the data in one place and having the ability to simply see who is in and out of the office! I also love however I can automatise onboarding and offboarding of employees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It permits us to effortlessly post jobs, keep track of candidates with the applier tracking system, send letters of offer/new rent packets & produce worker files. We have a tendency to conjointly utilize the time-off component so each workers and managers can simply see what time off is offered to them throughout the year. Plus, it’s a easy platform for people who are less tech-savvy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One draw back of BambooHR is that it’s not glorious at tracking volunteers. Our organization used BambooHR to stay track of volunteers, particularly concerning their clearances/training. There’s typically a problem with BambooHR’ integration with TraxPayroll once we have people who don’t have a pay schedule, like volunteers. There’s a workaround, however, it might be nice if simpler than making a payroll that doesn’t sync with our payroll software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re considering an HRIS system to form things easier for your company, I like to recommend having a better look at BambooHR. We’ve got been happy with how much easier it makes things for workers and managers alike.
