What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A robust backup program that can restore a complete server, including settings and data, in only a few minutes is vital to a business. Our servers are regularly and consistently backed up, and scans for malware are being performed. It's an excellent value for the money. We love how the software is easy-to-use, low-cost, and capable of backing up to almost any storage medium.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't a version for other platforms. It is necessary for us to purchase an additional license to use some features, such as cloud storage and server backup, which is often extremely costly. Incompatibilities and partial backups might occur while we manage an exchange server. Most of the time, the Exchange is the source of this information rather than the backup program itself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We always use this tool to keep track of virtual computer backups. But the function we use the most is Exchange, and we get a lot of calls from people who have accidentally erased emails. You can improve data safety by properly managing backups. BackupAssist is the best option for you if your environment is negligible.

What differentiates BackupAssist from other similar products?

Because of the solution's flexibility, I can use many types. I can back up to many drives. I can set it up to back up multiple disks on different days and receive notifications when the process is complete. This product's simplicity is appealing to me. It's simple to schedule backups of virtual machines across many platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature of BackupAssist is the efficient SQL databases and Exchange backups in no time. The software is exceptional when it comes to console and GUI hypervisors. What made this software unique is its ability to get the backups done on various media devices. Using the tool, I can use a solid backup strategy to keep copies of data on hardware.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm not too fond of their customer support services. When I need help, it's because I'm having server issues. My support issue gets closed with a brief and frequently wrong solution. Since it is a robust backup solution but is currently only available on Microsoft platforms, I would appreciate a Linux version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This backup software is perfect for small companies since it's quick to set up and cost-effective. Many of the same fantastic functionality that vast organizations need are available in a smaller-business-friendly form. If you're in the business of owning your own company, I strongly suggest this program.

I haven't experienced any other tool but the reason we chose this was quite obvious as it was offering us more at a better price as compared to the other Backup solutions available in the market. We all want something that will provide more benefits at a low cost and Backup Assist was exactly something like that and I think this is what separates it too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Now our data is protected and we are relaxed as we can recover our data from disaster as in case of disaster its settings provide disaster recovery and we can get our data back without any loss. Its storage capacity is amazing as we have the bulk of important data and it never made us feel that it has even affected its storage and we can monitor activity and can get rid of redundant files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think there is a need for the maintenance of it as sometimes it behaves in a clunky manner probably because of some bugs so maintenance will help fix it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Nothing could be a better option for us as a Backup Solution and we are satisfied with it.
