Customizable solution with excellent support staff

What differentiates Axero Solutions from other similar products?
For us it was the customization. We literally reimagined how this product could work. Spaces are projects and members have different roles from patients to pharma companies. Privacy and control of permission is essential to our success.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The support assistance. While they aren't as quick to respond as in the past, they still are excellent at helping us!
What do you dislike most about this product?
We can't afford to pay to make a customized app and the general one doesn't work for our needs (example, the Calendar isn't very functional). But also we have customized so much it would cost a small fortune to make an app of it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Always check your permission set up - every time something is added.
