What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?
Avaza is mostly used for task tracking and project management within our company. By removing mundane, repetitive duties, it frees up a significant amount of time each week. Avaza performs an excellent job of keeping tabs on and assessing how well our initiatives are progressing. It's useful for pinpointing bottlenecks and other areas that require immediate attention. Avaza is vital to our organization, and we use it across many departments, including Admin, BD, and Tech Serv.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are both hard-working teams and smart ones. When working on numerous projects at once, it might be difficult to keep track of everything. Fortunately, Avaza can help you become the latter. From team calendars and time tracking to monitoring of individual tasks and subtasks, it has it all. What I like best is that we can easily switch between List View, Kanban, and Gantt charts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be nice if photo attachments in the chatbox could be seen as screenshots without having to download the file. The quoting system works well in general, however it lacks the adaptability necessary for our purposes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our team relies on Avaza to keep track of all our projects, time logs, and invoices. It's crucial to our organization now. This product is fantastic, and the customer service is second to none. Avaza is the first project management system we've explored that effectively connects our day-to-day operations with billing and reporting.

What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?
The program enables the creation of invoices and every aspect of the project’s accounting system, including online invoicing, personalized invoices, accounts receivable and payable, and everything else linked to the project’s financial success. You may also make financial reports and project progress reports to keep tabs on the work being done.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With the help of this software, all project data—financially, technically, and operationally—can be centralized. It is ideal for monitoring business activity, thus I wholeheartedly advise it. We all enjoy it at work, and it has greatly facilitated our job while also enhancing team communications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to the system’s extensive features and tools, which were purchased so that various departments might benefit most from such comprehensive software, it is fairly sophisticated. Depending on the area and employment position, each tool had a slow learning curve, but we were all able to master it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
An excellent project management tool is Avaza. Avaza offers a fence-to-fence system for managing projects, projecting resources, effectively distributing work, and boosting efficiency as our firm expands. Its customer care is a bonus, in addition to the product being a perfect fit for a civil engineering company with about 60 employees. Through a messenger, It offers real-time customer care with quick reaction times.

What differentiates Avaza from other similar products?
Avaza is unique among other programs in that, in comparison to all of the other available choices, not only does it have the greatest price, but it also has the best features for our business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Avaza has been simplified, so it is easy to use and available to everybody. Their invoicing system is user-friendly, and it integrates smoothly with Quickbooks to keep our records in order, which hasn't always been the case with other solutions. And their support staff is superb; I've brought them some difficult issues, and they've gone above and beyond to help me out. They are kind and patient, even when I ask the most basic inquiries, and they avoid using unnecessary technical jargon to explain things to me. We researched other options, but Avaza's features and responsive support staff clinched the deal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there was a way to do a search in external contacts without having to start at the beginning with the whole name's spelling.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the product because the pricing is quite reasonable. This is fantastic news, as the price was the primary factor in our decision to not continue using Monday.com following the conclusion of their free trial.
