Ease of use. Integration features with our CRM platform. Excellent support to help you reach your goals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with RepFabric, easy integration of contacts into email campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up a campaign, using their "word" platform can be a bit frustrating at time. Aligning all the graphics into a professional looking campaign is difficult when importing more than one graphic. It would be nice to have a feature which automatically sizes and aligns all of the imported graphics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the data analytics to help you in future campaigns. Use the follow up feature for multiple messages on the same subject.
