What differentiates Arcserve Backup from other similar products?
This product manages the backups utilising 2 applications 'ShadowProtect' and 'ImageManager'. The view from ImageManager is easy to use and details all the different backups and history.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The application is easy to use and setup initially. Creating new backup jobs is straight forward and doesn't take long to do. The support from StorageCraft is also very helpful and they provide remote assistance to help with initial setup.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The process to restore or test a backup is clunky. I have also found that the backup integrity has corrupted meaning that the data cannot be restored.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend testing the backup frequently by mounting the backups or testing a restore. This will ensure that they are ready to restore when required.

What differentiates Arcserve Backup from other similar products?
Shadow Protect by Storagecraft helps us protect our data that is stored in the cloud through its high level of backup copies and its wide-ranging features in services suitable for any type of company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Large storage capacity. Its implementation was very simple and we had no problem in the process that was carried out. It is very easy to operate, hassle-free or confusing to use, has many built-in capabilities that are really liked by users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Until the moment of Shadow we have only been able to obtain nice functions, its features and simple, but powerful options to have good results in the company are great, the truth is a software that is necessary to implement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a platform that I would recommend to all my colleagues, its functions are very helpful for companies that need to make backup copies, I have recommended it to a colleague who had told me that he had some problems with his data storage and now he will resort to Shadow protect to solve your backup problems.

What differentiates Arcserve Backup from other similar products?
Since we started using it about two years ago we have been able to handle it in the best way and with great options that gave us pleasant results, we can also access it at any time we want with just a few clicks, being very simple to handle it I do not think that has disadvantages of any kind.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We were driven by internal secure storage problems, we did not have any software to protect us from any failure, so we decided to look for a timely solution and we found Storagecraft that from the first moment provided us with security through its backup.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No complaints, everything is perfect and it was always like that from the first moment, it only has safe and pleasant functions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With this platform we can have a safe backup, it offers us a file recovery against any possible inconvenience that is occurring at the moment, I recommend it for those who need it and are looking for a software like this, do not hesitate to choose Storagecraft.
