I like that Arcserve Backup does not only make data backup easy but also comes with leading data recovery features.

So far no bad experiences with this data backup software

What differentiates Arcserve Backup from other similar products?

Backing up servers with bare-metal images. Its simple structure of sites and policies makes management easier and greatly reduces manual labor. StorageCraft, is an amazingly awesome web-based management portal. I would love to have a virtual boot test.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

StorageCraft made efficient images of our backup copies that were easy to assemble once completed. Each icon on the desktop displays a small blue check mark next to it so you KNOW that everything has been copied to the archive recently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The whole process had stopped, stopping all subsequent operations. The interface is outdated and has no support. It has no features and since its purchase. Also, it fits into the main Dashboard very well. Iframe just opens another website. It’s too wet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

StorageCraft Cloud Backup is scalable and easy to use and manage the product. In my opinion, it is good for MSPs or anyone who owns multiple sites where maintaining standards is of paramount importance. , it requires very little manual labor to maintain and maintain efficiency.

I've seen other products keep up with the latest technologies quicker, with faster releases and updates.

Shop around, make sure it's right for you. Lots of options on the market.

Automated Backup Testing and Verification Goes beyond monitoring whether backup jobs completed by verifying the integrity of data restoration.

Backup Automation Solution automates backup, recovery and remediation tasks using RestAPI and CLI to integrate with 3rd party solutions, reduce cost and enforce standards.

Virtual Machine Backup Automatically discovers and protects VMs as they come online, move, and change. Production VMs are replicated to a secondary data store.

File Explorer Granular Restore Individual files can be located and restored from backup media without the need for full system mounting and restore.

Replication for High Availability Beyond secondary copy backup, the solution also manages replication of primary data host-to-host and site-to-site for live failover and high availability.

Deduplication Implementation Deduplication of redundant data blocks is implemented by the solution. Deduplication can be at source, target, or globally (source and target).
