What differentiates Applauz Recognition from other similar products?

What makes the tool shine is the breath of features and their functionality. All the features of the tool are useful in handling employee recognition and appreciation. The tool is able to handle the metric and analytic of the results. We are also able to set targets and remind the staff how far they are to hitting the targets.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature is the customization and goal setting. You are able to set goals for all the employee depending on their capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool has a long learning curve otherwise its worthy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a tool worthy the investment more so to help create healthy competition.

What differentiates Applauz Recognition from other similar products?

The software is very easy to navigate and use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We installed the applauz slack app to our #recognition channel and employees took to it within a day. Super easy to send reward badges or points for a job well done or employees living our company values.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All reminders should be sent via slack, we are on it 24/7, email is not the best channel for our company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to promote employee happiness and build a culture around appreciation, applauz does exactly that.
