Very intuitive interface brings a lot of value.

What differentiates Amplitude Analytics from other similar products?
The much easier and more intuitive interface even in comparison to GA4. It is easy to check your data by. looking at every user reported in the chart.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to build funnels and user segmentations. Conversion over time charts are also awesome.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am lacking a more affordable package that includes A/B testing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start using it, but be aware of MAU limits.

What differentiates Amplitude Analytics from other similar products?
As someone that is not tech savvy, I liked the simplicity of the platform. I was able to start extracting and managing data pretty quickly. Other tools are too heavy for first-time users. I like how they're constantly improving and adding features to provide real time data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use is my favorite thing about Amplitude. I used this product daily as a CSM and relied on it to manage my book of accounts. I was able to see features my accounts used the most, and areas that could use come improvement. I love the UX/UI. It makes it easy to visualize and work with data. It's easy to set up funnels and conversion charts. It's easy to create custom events.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The data didn't always line up with other data imports we were using. It made it confusing and hard to unpack.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I wish I had some training coming onto the product from the vendor itself. I worked at a start-up and the training I had was internal. It was minimal and I had to work through my engineering team, which was difficult to arrange. I still feel like there were features I didn't know about or could have used more efficiently.
