It is easy to set up and the compatibility with other AWS services is good.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Takes very less time to set it up. if you want to make a complex chatbot adding a lambda makes anything possible.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The new LEX v2 has a bit of a learning curve. It feels like they are forcing you to use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
consider this product if you are going with other AWS services. make sure to have a developer Knowlege if your going with more complex bot
