What differentiates Aloware from other similar products?

The customer support is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how I can send texts to clients and call them without using my own phone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app can get some updating, but I use it mainly on Desktop anyway.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great powerdialer.

What differentiates Aloware from other similar products?

It seems to me that every aspect of this software is designed with the end-user in mind. Phone systems can be overwhelming, but the UI layout and constant description of features make it easy to follow and implement. Their CEO is an engineer, and he is in the trenches every day figuring out how to improve the product. Yes, we pay them for this service, but at no point has our relationship ever felt transactional: they are very generous with their time and attention, and in many ways, they feel like an extension of our own company - we even have a Slack channel in place for easy communication. All around a great experience!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I never have to think about it! Onboarding of new employees is super easy, billing is super easy, features are intuitive and easy to follow. We can transfers calls across the entire company to all departments - they have web apps, desktop apps, and phone apps for every OS we use. We only really use their basic feature set, and there are a ton of advanced features we've never even looked at. And at any point I need help I have an account manager and a slack channel for quick responses. It's a white-glove treatment in an otherwise faceless tech world, and I'm a fan!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI and color scheme can be a little loud and hard to read. Their team is aware of this and actively working on a reskin.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

These guys are every bit as capable as the big players in the space, and I guarantee they will treat you better. It's only a matter of time before this company is the gold standard in their space.
