What differentiates Alfresco Platform from other similar products?

Alfresco platforms allow us to manage and store documents in a more secure way. No one can have access to documents without having the particular responsibility regarding that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite part is that how efficiently it manages and store tons of data without any frequent glitches.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is a very good platform but it lacks integration with other platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should use alfresco for storing data that is more sensitive and not to give access regarding that to everyone.

What differentiates Alfresco Platform from other similar products?

1. Ease of Storing Data 2. I work with a huge data set which includes agreements and papers which are business relevant and very improtants to preserve, Alfresco helps me in managing these data sets very easily 3. No downtime plays a big role

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. Different users can customize data differently 2. Help in establishing clear ownership of records 3. Good user interface

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. It has very less filters for searching data sets, as a result searching for different data becomes difficult as it gives a lot of results but not most of them are relevant to the business user 2. Lacks training and good customer support

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are working in an organization which requires lockers of digital data storage then you should definitely use ALfresco as it helps in micro management of data.
