We do a lot of work in Salesforce, so it would be nice if the integration between Airtable and Salesforce was more robust.

It's incredibly helpful if you need to have a place where you can keep updated tables or data for easy review across teammates or supervisors. The free version is incredibly robust, and the ability to customize each template is invaluable no matter which department or area you work.

Although I anticipate that these features will be added in the future, I find that the product now meets my needs in a large percentage. It's quite close but not quite there yet.
