The easy of use and how easy it makes to generate feedback forms

Reporting and how easily it is to extract the feedback generated

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

An "overview" of the feedback collected sent to the project owner once a week containing number of users that filled the generated form.
