What differentiates Agilysys InfoGenesis POS from other similar products?

Its versatile and fits perfectly in various organizations irrespective of their areas/industries where they operate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has helped us manage, plan and account for our revenue earned and this has brought transparency which in turn contributes to the growth of our company. Its affordable and every organization even the small ones are able to use it efficiently without straining their resources. Customer support is available and willing to help all clients who maybe stuck somewhere in using the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes poor internet connections disrupt the proper usage of the platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a stable platform that will improve the way you work and ensure that you are able to manage your revenue and payments efficiently
