What differentiates Agiloft Platform from other similar products?

Agiloft provides a wide variety of functions that allow you to develop, automate and manage complex workflows, as well as customize business processes. It allows us to create ideal and adapted solutions for our company, with the ability it offers to have complete control of the code process. It is a powerful design tool that helps developers create intuitive interfaces, and the scripting engine provides powerful automation. It provides the benefit of being able to continue to adjust the software as we adjust our processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to use, non-developers can learn to use it quickly, and it has enormous flexibility to customize. Easy to configure to adapt to all existing processes in the company. Integrated time tracking enables you to track billable and non-billable hours of employees per customer. It enables the creation of task templates or approval workflows, adapted to the characteristics of each project. It has an efficient large capacity advanced search function.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far the only thing that so far I consider should improve, is its user interface, which could be a little more modern.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Agiloft It is ideal for process automation, data accumulation, efficiency gains and precision improvements. It enables efficient automation of business processes and workflows. I recommend its implementation.

What differentiates Agiloft Platform from other similar products?

Agiloft is a platform that has a wide diversity of functions and resources that optimize our decision-making process, allowing us to achieve the expected results. It incorporates the ability to design, model and follow processes, manage workflows and have absolute control of our processes. It is a very agile tool that guarantees the visibility, monitoring and synchronization of the models implemented in the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a nice user interface and easy to learn to use. It is highly flexible to correct or add changes to process designs. The drag and drop tool makes it easy to design workflows. The control panel is customizable, it is easy to manage documents and alerts and notifications are very useful. Provides the effective possibility of predictive analysis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit overwhelming to get started in the use of this tool, there is a lack of documentation to help you make the most of its potential.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend implementing Agiloft to manage workflows and improve business processes. It has features that provide everything you need to ensure a dynamic workflow.
