What differentiates Agiloft Platform from other similar products?

Agiloft stands out from competing software in that it is highly customizable, intuitive, and packed with useful features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Completely relational database that lets you easily navigate between related tables, such as jumping from a Contract record to a Company record with a single click. This is the Contract workflow page, where you can select the next possible status for a contract. Saved searches can be viewed in multiple ways, and the search results are returned quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As new releases typically debut in the United States first, European customers like yourself may have to wait many extra months. For example, the list/grid view may benefit from having extra filtering fields in the column headers of fields, as is the case with ServiceNow. This is because it's unlikely that you'll add all 10 fields to the Quick Search panel, and I frequently have to use the 'Add Filters' option to locate a field from the Contracts table that wasn't included in the initial search.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Agiloft comes highly recommended by me due to the fact that it offers a wide range of configuration options and can be tailored to perform virtually any contract management function. The dashboard, the reporting capabilities, and the ongoing enhancements and releases are some of our favorite features.
