What differentiates Agiloft Platform from other similar products?

Agiloft provides high-quality tools to automate and manage workflows and helps customize our business processes. Obtaining optimal results with its implementation. It has made it easier for us to control the status of workflows and keep us updated on project priorities. The work between the team members is carried out with a wide tuning in terms of the activities that we are going to carry out. Planning is based on priorities, this saves us a lot of time within the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a visually pleasing user interface. It allows you to create tables and web forms with very complete reports in the browser. The drag-and-drop tool makes custom design easy. It has extraordinary features for project planning and simplified prioritization of activities. Options that generate a very fluid dynamic in the organization when it comes to teamwork. It is ideal for team members since it facilitates the execution of tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This platform has excellent options to optimize workflows. The only thing they need to improve is that customer support responses need to be more accurate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The importance of having optimal workflows and automated business processes in a short time can be achieved with Agiloft. I totally recommend its implementation.

What differentiates Agiloft Platform from other similar products?

It has endless configurations that will accommodate virtually any business that requires contracts or other types of documentation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflow and email capabilities are incredibly useful for finding the state of certain contracts, and creates a papertrail of approvals

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you are implementing or configuring in house, it requires a certain level of technical knowledge

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Agiloft has consolidated where we keep our contracts. Previously they were not quite organized and scattered amongst individuals. The workflow and email have made automation of approval processes much quicker.
