I did not see much difference in other products I compared it to. I chose due to its good reputation.

Employee timeclock.

The interface I find a little clunky in areas.

Do your research and request a minimum of 3 months at no charge to try it out!

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
The way it provide the detail information with regards to the payroll/paychecks received on bi weekly is really and the breakdown structure of the paycheck received to the customer biweekly and the clear information on the deduction

Checking the payroll/paycheck on bi-weekly basis

The content of the paycheck, its tool small and congested need more improvement on it

Need to make the paycheck more user friendly i.e need to improve the content of the paycheck more user friendly.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
It is an easy to use program, and it has many functions that are very helpful, in these aspects it is much better than other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ADP Workforce Now system has been my go-to for more than five years now. I like the product's robustness and the fact that it includes everything I need in its Human Capital Management (HCM) bundle. The whole life cycle of an employee, from the time they are hired to the time they are off-boarded, is included in the suite. I have access to all HR, Payroll, and Benefits reports. In addition to having a time and attendance module, this platform is really well-designed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
After ADP does an update, the system may go down. Unfortunately, ADP does not provide any information on when the system will be operational during these hours. Using the Bridge is the only way to find the answers you need. It's a huge pain in the rear. Only a few times a year does this happen! If you have an urgent tax problem, it is recommended to file a case with your Representative as well as uploading the tax notices to your account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
All of your HR and Payroll requirements may be met by ADP in one spot! All federal and state requirements may be met without having to log in to different platforms.
