What differentiates ADP TotalSource from other similar products?
For our company's important regulatory compliance as well as human resource management movements and complementary tools for the field we have ADP TotalSource which processes our tax obligations, wage garnishments and provides a portal for employees to store their W2s and pay stubs as well as compliance issue and federal reporting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We encompass many helpful tools and modules throughout the payroll and HR system such as tax filing, employment tax withdrawal or tax reporting, communication of deadlines and deadlines, assistance in answering questions and many more which are tools of daily use for the business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We would like an extension on the communication within the resolution of tax notices as well as reducing the billing threshold, we have smaller files that take longer to be billed and that does waste some time and better training on other ADP products to help users become proficient in the subject matter.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have a good partnership with this software that works directly with our HR team we recommend it because it is well suited for organizations that process multi-state payroll. State and federal laws can differ and understanding how to best process obligations in each state can be a challenge. It has great potentials for larger and international companies.

What differentiates ADP TotalSource from other similar products?
It is very appropriate to say that all companies or small organizations need a system such as hiring employees, managing their contracts, conducting a payroll that displays all the information legible, that is a good administrative system provided by ADP TotalSource where we develop activities that includes services to manage employee benefits, payroll, risk management, security and recruitment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With TotalSource we achieved a better management in the whole area of human resources, by systematizing all our processes we were able to create a customized report that is able to load directly into our general ledger through an intuitive interface and provide reports both for us and in the application, it is a payroll software that offers the expected levels of security/control.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We do not agree with their cost policy, the cost is based on a percentage of payroll, so when you have higher commissions in your month the cost of ADP also increases, and even better customer service staff which only referred us to another department and wasted our time, that kind of delay makes our payroll or reports depending on the problem not quite efficient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software is very helpful as long as you comply with the regulations and it is also very suitable for companies that have in their payroll a large number of employees, being for a company with fewer employees may be less efficient because the resource can be submitted with delay. It is a PEO to expand the policies.

What differentiates ADP TotalSource from other similar products?
We have found this to be a fairly complete tool, to have up to date and in order all the management of employees, from payroll, to monitoring their hours and time worked. Almost all functions are automated and easily configured, allowing us to make payments easily and on time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Through this program we can automate the company's tax payments and have in the same system the payment of employee benefits such as health insurance, attendance and other legal benefits. Best of all, it has a mobile application, which allows us to keep up to date with the management of employees outside the office.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far there is little negative I have to say about this program, as I find it one of the most simple and practical to use, but if I must mention something, I could say that they should improve their reports, as they are not as complete as I would like and that the payroll and payment format would be a little more flexible to customize, as there are spaces that we do not need and others that we should cover.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ADP TotalSource is ideal for companies that manage a large number of employees. It divides each section into different departments. If this is how your company is set up, and it is the case for many large corporations, this will work well for you. In a smaller company, where you are a payroll specialist, benefits administrator, etc., having to wait days for answers to your questions is very inefficient.
