ActivTrak simplifies many of the hassles of employee tracking and keeping employees, groups and projects on track is our company's primary goal. This means that it meets all the requirements we need to increase the productivity of our workforce. In addition, it has provided audit trails and evidence in investigations and is a solution to maintain employee performance. Other than that it is an intuitive and affordable platform that is well suited for small and medium-sized businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ActivTrak has a sleek and responsive user interface. It provides easy employee setup and detailed, accurate, performance-focused reporting and announcements on par with what you'd get from a business intelligence tool. The activity log is a great resource for detailed information. The work schedule is one of my favorite reports. I can pull employee reports and descriptively display their working hours.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The truth seems to me to be a very complete application but the first time you log in, it was a bit frustrating and it takes a little time to locate everything. ActivTrak is a bit heavy when it comes to looking up employee data, especially if you're tracking more than 7 days. On the other hand, it is important to mention that the prices seem exorbitant to me since they are based on storage and use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActivTrak is very well provided to track each remote users in different countries, Excellent software for continuous tracking of employees. In addition, we can take screenshots. It is very positive when it comes to wanting to put order and discipline in the working hours of employees. In short, he approved us to make the innovation in a safe way to work from home without losing productivity, and in this way the management controlled the time of all the employees.
