What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ActivTrak has a sleek and responsive user interface. It provides easy employee setup and detailed, accurate, performance-focused reporting and announcements on par with what you'd get from a business intelligence tool. The activity log is a great resource for detailed information. The work schedule is one of my favorite reports. I can pull employee reports and descriptively display their working hours.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The truth seems to me to be a very complete application but the first time you log in, it was a bit frustrating and it takes a little time to locate everything. ActivTrak is a bit heavy when it comes to looking up employee data, especially if you're tracking more than 7 days. On the other hand, it is important to mention that the prices seem exorbitant to me since they are based on storage and use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActivTrak is very well provided to track each remote users in different countries, Excellent software for continuous tracking of employees. In addition, we can take screenshots. It is very positive when it comes to wanting to put order and discipline in the working hours of employees. In short, he approved us to make the innovation in a safe way to work from home without losing productivity, and in this way the management controlled the time of all the employees.

I found the support from the customer service team was what won it for us. always on hand, time zone difference didn't matter.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The easy to use dashboard means i can monitor productivity at a glance

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the deeper insight features arent 'click to run' and need abit of setting up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be prepared to have to spend a little time tackling the admin like what domains to block and which category certain sites belong to. but once its done, its done and really helps you.

The vast variety of features included in its "free" version.

Besides that if provides so much for monitoring (up to 3) employees for free? The screenshots it provides, and the alarms I can set for taking them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That it can only monitor up to just 3 computers/users at one time under the free subscription.

If you want something that has a free version, you only have up to 3 employees that you need to monitor, and you want a software that has a vast variety of options to use for the maximum security you can get, then Activtrak is DEFINITELY the one you want!
