Great individual training and customer service. Very helpful.

takes a while to learn and properly use all the moving parts. Could have easier accessible saved searches.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
definitely consider this CRM and email marketing software. A complete sales and service solution for a reasonable price. Great training and customer service.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It is more complete and more intuitive, I have used and use other applications that I am not going to name out of respect, but I do notice many shortcomings that AC does include even in its Basic version.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most is the marketing automation builder, it is drag and drop type and very easy to use, and it can be integrated with many WordPress plugins which is what I need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I like the least is the contact limit, I think it should be higher.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Choosing an email marketing tool is something transcendental since in the future if you want to change you will have to create all your integrations and mail flows again in another, so before deciding you should do an important study of your needs. I decided on Active Campaign because it had everything I needed at the time, and to this day I don't regret it.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Visibility. If you learn how to look in the right places (I asked for help from AC at first), you can find all you need in a very organized and optical way. Automations are my favorite because you can see the layout of what you have scheduled.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Loads up fast and is very easy to send a campain to a new email that didn't get in the automation (sent there e-mail directly to me).
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't know if I can find the people that never open their email so I can erase them. To be honest though, I haven't asked. But I would like a more efficient way than "unactive".
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I find it easier than their competitors to use. Ask a lot of questions till you get the hang of it. It's overwhelming in the begining but customer sewrvice is amazing and it gets so much easier by using it often.
